Overview

Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 13th century in spring of the year 1180, by Alagwen Glkêpí. The establishment of Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Alagwen Glkêpí electing to pay people to resettle in Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè.

Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè is buildings have been located at convienant points along the gorge Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the broad cobblestone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè's size could have. The well-designed, yet cheep has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Jèfê-kîfî Dêtîkè as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.
